THE Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) will deploy 500 jobless nurses as customer care personnel beginning March this year. Online application for the project started last February 12 and will end this Valentines Day according to Philhealth HR Department.
PhilHealth President and CEO Dr. Eduardo Banzon said the deployment of 530 nurses is part of the agency’s Customer Assistance, Relations and Empowerment Staff (Cares) program.
Banzon said interested nurses still have until Tuesday to apply by sending their resumes through e-mail at hrmdd.admin@philhealth.gov.ph under the subject heading “PhilHealth Cares Application”.
Accepted applicants are set to receive a monthly compensation of around P15,000 along with health insurance coverage.
Among the skills required of applicants include superior communication skills, both oral and written; have the ability to listen and respond to customer concerns; be knowledgeable about MS Office applications; and adept at using online application systems on wireless communication devices.
