Department of Education(DepEd), Bureau of Alternative Learning System (BALS) announces the updated schedule of 2012 ALS A&E Test in an advisory issued on November 13, 2012.
Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E) Test for 2012 is supposed to be administered last October 7,14,21 and 28, 2013 but it was postponed by Education department for undisclosed reasons. The new ALS exam schedule includes division level orientation dates for regular and visually-impaired examinees.

The designated Test Registration Officers (TROs) are advised to continue accept registrants up to actual testing day (as walk-in takers). This is to address the situations of test takers affected by the changes in 2012 ALS A&E Test schedule.
